The HRIS Manager leads the design and maintenance of the HRIS Workday, focusing on analytics, reporting, and system optimization while managing staff and ensuring data integrity.

Serve as a senior business analyst on public-sector technology consulting engagements: produce analytical deliverables, analyze RFPs and proposals, ensure project quality and regulatory compliance, manage client relationships and stakeholder communication, support PMO practices, and perform IT-related tasks (system analysis, code development, software engineering) as needed to streamline operations and meet client objectives.

Manage software implementations and post-implementation services, ensuring project deliverables align with scope, timelines, and organizational priorities. Coordinate resources, track progress, and communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.
