Executes insurance coverage initiatives by analyzing, implementing, and maintaining policy forms and endorsements. Monitors legislative and competitor developments, recommends coverage changes, supports filings and systems implementation, and creates system specifications within the policy management system. The role requires strong analytical, communication, policy-language interpretation, problem-solving, project management, and personal lines insurance knowledge.

Analyze product and underwriting data to identify trends, develop metrics, conduct ad hoc queries, and support operational dashboards. Translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations for leadership through data storytelling. The role requires collaboration with business teams, strong analytical problem-solving, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Python, or SQL.

Leads technology prioritization across Underwriting and Product, establishing a framework and operating model for intake, governance, backlog management, capacity planning, and trade-off decisions. Facilitates alignment among business and IT leaders, defines development readiness standards, and ensures technology resources support the highest-value business initiatives. Requires personal lines insurance knowledge, agile product management experience, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to build processes from scratch.
