Oversee daily operations of a high-volume hybrid mini-golf and full-service restaurant venue, manage and develop hourly staff, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain compliance and safety, operate POS and scheduling systems, control expenses, and collaborate with kitchen and leadership to meet venue goals.
