Teams at Pyramid Global Hospitality

Leads hotel engineering, maintenance, safety, and physical operations. Oversees building systems, preventive maintenance, compliance, emergency response, team management, budgeting, capital projects, vendor relationships, and facility improvements while ensuring guest and associate safety and service excellence.

Supports the Sales and Conference Services teams with coordinating conferences, meetings, and special events. Responsibilities include client communications, proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, event schedules, site tours, reports, system and file maintenance, internal event communications, and administrative support. The role also assists with event setups, front desk coverage, operational meetings, and maintaining strong client and university relationships in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
