Consults with business and IT clients to develop and implement data visualization, user experience, data storytelling, analytics, data models, dashboards, and KPIs. Coordinates project activities, evaluates data sources, delivers process improvement recommendations, collaborates with client stakeholders, and mentors team members. Requires expertise in Microsoft Power BI, dashboard development, data analytics, and UI/UX design. The role offers remote work with up to 25% office or client travel.

Conduct market, competitive, operational, and financial research to support client strategy and business improvement. Develop requirements, performance metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel. Collaborate with product managers and technical teams on roadmaps, user stories, and tools such as PowerApps and SharePoint. Facilitate workshops, communicate insights to stakeholders, and support change management and process adoption. Travel up to 10% for client engagements.
