Lead customer onboarding for a cloud-based transport management SaaS: analyze workflows, configure the platform, deliver training, act as primary implementation contact, support pre-sales, capture feedback, and travel regularly to customers to ensure adoption and satisfaction.

Analyze customer workflows and business requirements, translate them into Qargo TMS configurations, support data mappings and transformations, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations. The role also involves customer relationship management, project administration, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. Candidates should have strong technical aptitude, Excel proficiency, excellent communication skills, and an interest in transportation, logistics, or workflow automation.

Own the full B2B sales cycle to grow Qargos presence in the US. Prospect, close deals, build stakeholder relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and use HubSpot and Gong to accelerate sales in the Chicago market.
