The Substation Engineer designs electrical substation layouts, oversees construction, conducts maintenance, troubleshoots issues, prepares documentation, and collaborates with stakeholders in utility projects.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise and hyperscale accounts to meet revenue targets. Develop account plans, respond to RFIs/RFPs, create customized proposals, lead presentations and data center tours, maintain CRM and sales funnel, and negotiate at the C-level to close new and renewal business.

Lead and manage electrical engineering for mission‑critical data center development across multiple projects and regions. Oversee design, standards, procurement, vendor coordination, risk resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration. Provide technical direction, mentor staff, support due diligence and master planning, present updates to executives, and drive scalable, compliant electrical solutions aligned with business objectives.
