Support recruiting by building proactive talent pipelines, performing market mapping and research, surfacing market intelligence, and supporting high-priority or executive searches. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and help hire top talent across Product, Engineering, Corporate, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and other functions.

Build and maintain Quince's compensation data environment: integrate HR systems, automate benchmarking and AI workflows, support comp reviews and equity approvals, analyze pay trends, and partner with Talent, Finance, and Legal on global comp strategy.

Qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect across U.S. territories to generate new B2B opportunities. Build target contact lists, perform personalized outreach via email and social media, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, attend quarterly trade shows, and use technology/AI and market research to drive pipeline growth and handoffs to sales.
