Lead end-to-end provider onboarding projects involving Epic scheduling integrations, from contracting and configuration through testing, go-live, and operational transition. Manage project scope, plans, risks, timelines, reporting, stakeholder communications, executive presentations, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, product, sales, and customer teams. Drive continuous process improvement and deliver a high-quality provider customer experience across concurrent enterprise engagements.

Supports a live Epic ASAP emergency department environment through daily ServiceNow ticket resolution, Epic upgrades, configuration troubleshooting, workflow optimization, documentation, and module enhancements. Collaborates with clinical and technical stakeholders to address emergency department workflow needs, including triage, tracking boards, orders, disposition, throughput, and patient flow. Works independently in a remote, sustainment-focused contract engagement while managing competing priorities.

Supports a live Epic ClinDoc environment through daily ServiceNow ticket resolution, recurring upgrades, configuration troubleshooting, workflow optimization, documentation, and module enhancements. Collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders while independently managing priorities in a remote sustainment engagement. Requires active Epic ClinDoc certification and at least three years of hands-on experience.
