Design, implement, and deploy Oracle ERP/HCM solutions. Lead Enterprise HCM implementation and global HR design. Document business processes, conduct needs analysis and mapping, run workshops and presentations, and support solution decision-making. Comfortable with travel.

Lead marketing analytics projects (MMM, attribution, digital analytics, pricing, forecasting), provide client-facing analyses and recommendations, present results, and manage and develop a team.

Lead PeopleSoft implementation and architecture efforts, design solutions for complex finance and enterprise performance problems, provide functional SCM consulting, support application handling, and work with healthcare clients. Role requires independent decision-making and willingness to travel.
