The Account Executive manages sales and client relationships for men's leather accessories accounts. Responsibilities include developing business plans, analyzing sales and retail trends, preparing client presentations, coordinating product development, managing production orders, resolving customer issues, overseeing orders and logistics, and supporting seasonal forecasting. The role collaborates with merchandising, design, planning, distribution, and forecasting teams to increase sales and profitability.

Analyzes Amazon and retailer.com performance to identify e-commerce growth opportunities, improve profitability, assortment, availability, and digital shelf execution. Builds reporting and forecasts, integrates marketplace, financial, inventory, and consumer data, evaluates promotions and retail media, and provides executive-ready recommendations. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Inventory, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to establish KPIs, improve forecasting, and drive online growth.

Supports demand forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory reporting, and sales planning for apparel product categories. The intern analyzes statistical forecast models, identifies low-volume and aged inventory, collaborates with sales and cross-functional teams, and contributes to a group project involving research and recommendations. The role provides exposure to retail and wholesale supply chain operations and requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Participate in a 10-week sales internship supporting Sales and Sales Planning teams. Responsibilities include managing samples, maintaining assortment boards, preparing reports, assisting with purchase order activity, attending meetings, and gaining exposure to inventory management, forecasting, projections, merchandising, and retail and wholesale operations. Interns will also complete a cross-functional group project and present recommendations to company leaders.

Ten-week, on-site software engineering internship supporting business applications across Randa offices and departments. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software systems; defining technical and security requirements; monitoring application performance and logs; developing security tools; and documenting findings and procedures. Interns also complete a mentored cross-functional project and present recommendations to organizational leaders.

Design belts and small leather goods from trend research through technical development. Create trend boards, technical drawings, specs, and tech packs; manage licensor relationships, material/hardware development, PLM processes, sample communication with factories, mentor junior designers, and meet seasonal deadlines and cost targets.
