Design belts and small leather goods from trend research through technical development. Create trend boards, technical drawings, specs, and tech packs; manage licensor relationships, material/hardware development, PLM processes, sample communication with factories, mentor junior designers, and meet seasonal deadlines and cost targets.

Support FP&A for the Accessories division by building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and dashboards; deliver monthly reporting and margin analysis; evaluate business initiatives and ROI; partner cross-functionally to identify drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities; support automation and AI-enabled process enhancements.

Analyze sales and marketing data to forecast demand, optimize assortments, review retail sales by account, prepare and present analysis for customer meetings, and collaborate with inventory management to address shortages.
