Supports account executives with client management, sales operations, order tracking, meeting preparation, production orders, customer communications, and issue resolution. Coordinates product information uploads with e-commerce teams, collaborates across sales, design, distribution, merchandising, accounting, and factories, and analyzes sales trends to identify growth opportunities.

Design belts and small leather goods from trend research through technical development. Create trend boards, technical drawings, specs, and tech packs; manage licensor relationships, material/hardware development, PLM processes, sample communication with factories, mentor junior designers, and meet seasonal deadlines and cost targets.
