Paid summer finance internship focused on FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, variance investigation, executive summaries, and special projects. Interns will collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and present a group project to company leaders. The role is in-office in Rosemont, Illinois, Monday through Friday, with a Friday half-day schedule.

Supports Account Executives with client management, sales operations, order tracking, meeting preparation, production orders, client communications, e-commerce product updates, and cross-functional coordination. Analyzes sales trends and assists with identifying marketplace opportunities. The role is hybrid in Rosemont, Illinois, with less than 10% potential travel and occasional handling of product samples.

Designs belts and small leather goods from trend research through technical development and market presentation. Collaborates with merchandising, sales, licensors, factories, and internal design teams to create seasonal collections. Develops materials, hardware, technical drawings, specifications, tech packs, samples, and PLM documentation. Manages brand relationships, design timelines, presentations, and product development issues while mentoring other designers. Requires domestic and international travel and close attention to product costs, functionality, and brand direction.
