Drive operational excellence across feed production facilities using Lean methodologies and data-driven problem solving. Lead kaizens, time studies, process mapping, and bottleneck analysis to improve throughput, equipment uptime, labor utilization, safety, and quality. Coach operators and leaders, document and standardize processes, track CI projects and savings, support quality investigations, and travel to support multi-site improvement initiatives.

Lead end-to-end product costing, margin analysis, and inventory valuation across multiple manufacturing sites. Identify cost variances and reduction opportunities, support pricing and new product cost modeling, improve inventory controls and cycle counting, partner with Operations and Supply Chain, and present cost insights to senior leadership. Requires substantial on-site engagement and support for monthly close.
