Lead ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers: design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions (ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps). Build custom scripts and integrations, troubleshoot, participate in SCRUM, and work directly with customers to deliver projects on time.

The Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise in pre-sales situations, conduct presentations, design customized solutions, and lead technical discussions to enhance the ServiceNow platform's value for customers.

Develop and maintain software applications on the ServiceNow platform while integrating with cloud technologies. Troubleshoot issues and work with customers on implementations.
