Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations of RapidSOS platform at emergency communications centers. Manage VoIP integrations, on-site hardware/software setup, testing, and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT, telephony providers, and internal teams, travel frequently to customer sites, assess risks, and improve implementation playbooks.

Lead product marketing for RapidSOS public-safety and enterprise products: define GTM strategy, craft positioning and messaging, enable field teams with AI-assisted content workflows, gather field and customer insights, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and influence roadmap.

The FP&A Manager will lead financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cross-functional business partnering, transforming data into strategic insights for decision-making.
