The Experience Analyst supports strategic initiatives across the Investment Bank by enhancing client and employee experiences through analysis, reporting, and collaboration across various functions.

Analyze financial data and trends, create business proposals, perform valuations, and support corporate transactions, ensuring accurate information for decision-making.

Manage client experience and operational workflows for a financial advisory practice. Develop strategic plans to control expenses, coordinate home office and branch processes, resolve complex client issues, support advisor training and recruiting, run prospect analyses and onboarding, plan client events, and drive business development and product sales initiatives.

Lead Workday governance, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of HR system enhancements. Combine project management and business analysis to elicit requirements, design Workday solutions, manage risks, coordinate testing and deployment, and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption across HR, IT, and business partners.

Serve as the Workday reporting expert to design, build, and maintain Matrix and Composite reports, dashboards, and Prism data solutions. Deliver HR analytics, forecasts, KPIs, and governance; support workforce planning, compliance, documentation, stakeholder presentations, and mentor junior staff.

The Director of HR Project Management leads complex HR initiatives, oversees project and business management functions, and ensures effective operational governance and financial management.
