Leads Workday HR transformation initiatives by governing enhancement intake, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery. The Tax Senior Accountant supports corporate tax compliance, state audits, federal and state filings, tax research, ASC 740 income tax provisions, account reconciliations, and tax technology improvements. The role prepares and reviews tax workpapers, returns, estimates, disclosures, and responses to tax notices. It partners with auditors and internal stakeholders, resolves tax matters, supports process improvements, and may lead defined projects. Occasional travel to the corporate headquarters is required.

Drive growth of Taft-Hartley and institutional assets by developing relationships with investment consultants, plan sponsors, trustees, fund administrators, and institutional clients. Position investment management capabilities, secure consultant ratings and search inclusion, identify new business, lead sales meetings, close institutional accounts, attend industry conferences, review RFPs, provide market feedback, and maintain CRM records. The role is remote with travel up to 75% and requires extensive asset management and consultant relations experience.
