Manage client experience and operational workflows for a financial advisory practice. Develop strategic plans to control expenses, coordinate home office and branch processes, resolve complex client issues, support advisor training and recruiting, run prospect analyses and onboarding, plan client events, and drive business development and product sales initiatives.

Support cross-functional initiatives to improve employee and client experience via process analysis, reporting, dashboards, executive materials, change management, and technology/AI enablement. Collaborate with senior management and functional partners to identify opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and drive adoption.

Lead advanced HR analytics and AI-enabled transformation, build BI dashboards outside Workday, apply statistical and predictive methods, partner with HR and business stakeholders, manage one analyst, ensure data governance and privacy, and communicate insights to senior leaders.
