Maintains and repairs production tooling, coordinates vendor repairs and component replacements, manages tooling records and inventory in ERP systems, forecasts replacement needs, prepares budgets, and maintains revision-controlled CAD drawings and engineering documentation. Provides technical support to the tool room and cost information for customer repair quotes while supporting APQP and QMS requirements.
