Leads end-to-end commercialization of food and CPG innovation, renovation, and line-extension projects from concept through plant qualification, launch, and post-launch closeout. Owns PMO governance, portfolio prioritization, cross-functional accountability, customer deliverables, data quality, scorecards, and process improvement. Partners with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial teams, plants, and co-manufacturers to accelerate launches, manage risk, ensure readiness, and deliver cost and margin targets.

Develops food and CPG products through bench formulation, prototyping, experimentation, trials, sensory and shelf-life support, and rapid iteration. Maintains accurate formulas, specifications, nutritionals, BOMs, labels, and formulation-system data. Runs controlled experiments using DOE and statistical analysis, captures yield and process metrics, communicates progress and risks, and collaborates cross-functionally to advance the R&D pipeline.

Manages the Sales organization’s operating system, including forecasting support, order and deduction management, trade spend tracking, CRM/ERP data integrity, sales reporting, KPI dashboards, and meeting cadences. Administers sales technology, coordinates orders and fulfillment, tracks goals and OKRs, improves processes, and partners with Finance, Supply Chain, and leadership to drive commercial results.
