Act as escalation for outages and partner with Security, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and operations teams.

Manage and grow organic search performance with emphasis on local SEO for multiple locations. Oversee freelancers, run quarterly content audits, execute link-building, optimize GMB listings, and use analytics tools to report on SEO KPIs. Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and paid media teams while ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance for healthcare-related content.
