Provide customer service and manage day-to-day logistics for customer accounts: load planning, scheduling, tracking, issue resolution, carrier/customer communication, and data entry while learning TMS and industry processes.

Coordinate and oversee international ocean and air shipments from booking through delivery. Lead data product and customer-facing reporting strategy for Managed Services. Own roadmap, KPI definitions, data quality, governance, and rollout of standard reporting across BI and delivery platforms. Align cross-functional teams, drive automation from spreadsheets to governed BI, manage configuration models for multi-client environments, and ensure data readiness during onboarding to support scalable analytics and improved cost-to-serve.
