Develops and grows Redwood’s private equity channel partner network by recruiting partners, managing agreements, generating referral opportunities, supporting sales cycles, and coordinating transitions to delivery teams. Builds strategic relationships, presents supply chain solutions, manages partner pipelines and performance, facilitates lead flow, analyzes markets and competitors, and drives revenue growth. The role is remote, requires significant private equity contacts and sales experience, and involves travel up to 25%.

Direct strategic sales for TMS, WMS, SaaS, and supply chain technology solutions. Responsibilities include building qualified pipelines, winning new logos, managing RFPs, consulting with customers, conducting technology demonstrations, negotiating solutions, maintaining partner relationships, forecasting in Salesforce, and transitioning sold solutions to delivery teams. The role requires strong supply chain technology expertise, strategic selling experience, and travel up to 50%.

Designs and operates Redwood’s internal engineering platform, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and developer self-service capabilities. The role improves reliability, security, scalability, incident response, operational readiness, and cloud efficiency through automation and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, security, data, and MLOps teams.

Designs and configures Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management solutions for clients. Responsibilities include business process design, solution architecture, project delivery, functional audits, testing, documentation, end-user training, issue mitigation, and transportation planning improvements. The role requires collaboration with customer managers and project teams, independent solution implementation, and occasional travel of up to 25%.

Analyze transportation data and model optimization opportunities involving consolidation, mode selection, LTL pooling, routing, network design, and transportation costs. Prepare and validate data, use optimization and simulation tools, quantify savings, and develop practical customer recommendations. Collaborate with data science, technology, operations, solution design, client success, and customer teams to deliver transportation engineering solutions and support implementation planning.

Lead connectivity product strategy and roadmap across EDI, APIs, RPA, and integration platforms. Assess current-state, streamline trading-partner onboarding, define KPIs, enable self-service onboarding with Engineering, build data-driven business cases, align cross-functional stakeholders, and modernize integration tooling for scalable, reliable connectivity.

Configure and implement TMS solutions (MercuryGate, OTM, RedwoodConnect), design business processes, test and document integrations, train end users, perform functional audits, and support Managed Services client solutions to improve transportation planning and operational execution.

Lead and scale the alliances and channel organization to build strategic partnerships, joint go-to-market programs, and partner-sourced pipeline. Drive partner revenue goals, align GTM teams, manage budgets and KPIs, standardize reporting (e.g., Salesforce), and synchronize cross-functional execution while traveling up to 25%.

Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, a Data Vault, data warehouses and marts. Own backlog, sprint planning, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, data validation/monitoring, and platform improvements to deliver key metrics and data infrastructure across the business.
