Coordinates daily logistics operations for customer accounts, including load planning, shipment tracking, appointment scheduling, data entry, issue resolution, and customer communication. Manages carrier and customer relationships, investigates delays or freight issues, provides solutions, and collaborates with account management and audit teams. Learns transportation systems, logistics processes, and industry practices while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Leads accounting staff and supports month-end close, reconciliations, audits, tax reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll accounting, and financial reporting. Maintains Mexico entity records, analyzes discrepancies, applies accounting standards to customer contracts, improves and automates processes, supports business leaders, addresses inquiries, and trains direct reports. The role requires strong Excel and ERP expertise, accounting controls knowledge, and leadership experience.

Collects and analyzes product performance, user behavior, market, and competitor data to support product strategy. Creates KPI dashboards and reports, conducts user research, translates findings into feature requirements and workflow diagrams, and collaborates with Product Managers and Engineering leads on prioritization, roadmaps, and product improvements. Communicates actionable insights that guide feature development and technology investment.
