Lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and materials strategy for the Aerospace Division. Build and manage global sourcing, inventory planning, supplier development, and materials teams to improve OTD, reduce costs, optimize working capital, and support NPI and capacity transitions. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to strengthen supplier performance, drive enterprise commodity strategies, and scale best‑in‑class materials management across multi-site operations.

The Grinder sets up, operates and inspects grinding machines while ensuring quality and safety standards are met, interpreting blueprints and specifications to produce precision components.

Programs CNC equipment for complex, close-tolerance, multi-axis parts across machining centers and lathes. Maintains CNC program libraries and revision records for NADCAP compliance, supports shop-floor troubleshooting, and assists associates with program transfers. Participates in Kaizen activities and applies data analysis, time management, and project management skills while supporting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
