Lead hiring, developing, and retaining a Hematology medical specialist sales team across the Great Plains to drive Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody sales. Ensure targets are met or exceeded, manage regional budget and resources, analyze sales/customer data, coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure compliance and training, represent the brand at industry events, and travel extensively to support regional performance.
