Staff AI Engineer responsible for architecting, building, deploying, monitoring, and operating production AI/ML systems and data platforms for data breach response. The role sets AI engineering standards and strategy, leads execution across teams, ensures reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance, and mentors engineers. Responsibilities include designing distributed cloud systems, developing pipelines and evaluation infrastructure, automating operations, managing alerts and root-cause analysis, and communicating technical risks and decisions.

Own outcomes for complex enterprise accounts by driving AI product adoption, workflow transformation, ROI, retention, and expansion. Lead executive relationships, business reviews, change management, governance, and risk remediation. Create adoption playbooks, mentor CSMs, and influence cross-functional product and enablement decisions. Requires customer success, consulting, or account management experience in legal technology, eDiscovery, litigation support, or regulated workflows.
