Provide one-to-one home health nursing care for a 15-year-old female patient with a G-tube every Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM. Responsibilities require direct patient care, G-tube management, and adherence to pediatric home health protocols. Applicants must hold an active Illinois RN or LPN license and valid CPR certification. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; training is available.

Provide one-to-one home health nursing for a 16-year-old patient requiring G-tube and tracheostomy care on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Responsibilities include direct patient care, maintaining required nursing skills, and supporting pediatric care needs. Applicants must hold an Illinois RN or LPN license, have at least one year of direct patient care experience, and maintain a valid CPR card. Pediatric experience is preferred but training is available.

Provide one-to-one home health nursing for a 3-year-old pediatric patient requiring G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. Work Monday through Friday on day or night shifts in Chicago. Responsibilities require direct patient care, licensed RN or LPN practice, and CPR certification.
