Provide one-to-one home nursing for a 3-year-old with G-tube, trachea, and ventilator. Full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Mon-Fri). Must hold IL RN or LPN license, have CPR certification, and at least one year direct patient care. Pediatric training available; agency offers flexible scheduling and benefits.

Provide one-on-one private-duty home nursing for a 19-year-old male with a G-tube during scheduled night shifts (Tuesdays and alternating weekends). Administer G-tube feedings and tube care, monitor patient condition, follow individualized care plan, document care, communicate with case managers, and maintain required certifications. Work is in-home in the Chicagoland area; training for pediatrics and home health is available.

Provide 1:1 home nursing for a 16-year-old with a G-tube and tracheostomy every Sunday 7am–7pm. Duties include trach/G-tube/ventilator care, direct patient monitoring, documentation, and coordination with agency staff. Training available for pediatrics and home health.
