Own roadmap, discovery, research, and data-driven prioritization; expand integrations (EMR/EHR, CRM, APIs); collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success; identify and apply AI/ML and predictive analytics opportunities; evaluate new product investments and commercialization to improve patient engagement and outcomes.
