Leads complex, cross-functional implementation projects for nursing and health education products. Responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating Product, Sales, IT, Customer Success, and support teams, managing stakeholders, resolving issues, improving workflows, and supporting post-project evaluations. The role requires strong communication, organization, project delivery, resource coordination, and presentation skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Leads security compliance for a FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment. Maintains the ATO, coordinates continuous monitoring, assessments, audits, penetration testing, risk reviews, POA&M remediation, security documentation, and NIST control implementation. Partners with engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, compliance, and government stakeholders to support incident response, secure system changes, cloud deployments, and audit readiness.
