Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs across a virtual power plant platform and consumer energy products. Build planning, milestone, risk, and execution frameworks; manage dependencies, tradeoffs, launch readiness, operational handoffs, and post-launch validation. Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Grid Operations, Customer Success, and external stakeholders while providing leadership with clear decision support and improving TPM practices.

Owns day-to-day security and compliance operations, including SOC 2 audit readiness, evidence collection, remediation, control monitoring, and audit documentation. Leads SOX and ISO 27001 gap assessments, readiness initiatives, and cross-functional uplift workstreams. Partners with engineering, IT, finance, legal, and business teams to strengthen control ownership, automate evidence collection, maintain compliance records, and monitor regulatory changes.

Staff Data Engineer responsible for defining data architecture strategy, building fault-tolerant batch and real-time streaming infrastructure, and managing scalable lakehouse and database systems. The role processes telemetry from millions of connected devices, drives performance tuning and data quality, supports on-call operations, evaluates modern technologies, and mentors engineers. It requires strong expertise in Python, SQL, cloud data platforms, streaming systems, infrastructure as code, and enterprise-scale architecture.
