Own RenoFi’s mortgage lender and product shelf end to end, including lender evaluation, onboarding, relationships, renewals, pricing, administration, product knowledge, training, reporting, and strategy. Maintain the internal lender Wiki, track guideline changes, support complex loan scenarios, manage escalations, and coordinate with Legal and Marketing. This hands-on individual contributor role requires deep mortgage product expertise, strong writing, operational ownership, and executive communication.

Own end-to-end recruiting for Senior Loan Officers: source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage ATS and talent pipeline, validate candidate mortgage production, partner with sales leadership, and report weekly to stakeholders.

Manage a pipeline of mortgage loans from submission to closing: review documentation, prepare files for underwriting, communicate with borrowers and stakeholders, track milestones in the LOS, identify and resolve issues, and support process improvements to ensure timely, compliant closings.
