Leads strategic technology partnership programs by aligning technical, business, marketing, product, engineering, field, agency, and leadership stakeholders. Owns governance, schedules, reporting, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive communications. Drives integrated content strategy, technical content development, go-to-market activation, events, community initiatives, digital experiences, and scalable program processes. Requires Microsoft experience and prior consulting or direct Microsoft experience.

Supports clients with discovery, requirements gathering, solution configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps. Responsibilities include configuring workflows and forms, defining custom development and data migration specifications, managing project timelines, supporting pre-sales activities, training users, and producing knowledge-transfer documentation. The role also serves as a client communication and escalation point while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Lead client discovery, solution design, architecture, technical estimation, and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Conduct whiteboarding sessions, assess systems and infrastructure, define technical specifications, and guide integrations and data migrations. Remain hands-on, spending approximately half the time writing scalable code. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, testing, deployment, and support for development teams while engaging directly with clients and prospects.
