Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and graph database models. Build RAG and GraphRAG pipelines for generative AI applications using graph and data platforms. Collaborate with data engineers and scientists, engage client stakeholders, gather requirements, present progress, and translate business needs into technical solutions within a cross-functional consulting team.

Manages end-to-end SAP client engagements from statement of work through transition to ongoing support. Builds executive customer relationships, develops SAP adoption and transformation plans, oversees project delivery, scope, costs, resources, risks, escalations, and consulting teams. Supports proposals, RFPs, renewals, contract extensions, and sales opportunities. Requires extensive SAP implementation experience, project management expertise, leadership skills, client-facing planning and estimation experience, and travel up to 50%.

Owns enterprise IAM product roadmaps and Agile delivery across authentication, federation, access controls, identity governance, directory services, privileged access management, and cryptographic key management. Translates business needs into technical requirements, manages backlogs and dependencies, leads Agile ceremonies, coordinates IAM vendors and platforms, and reports delivery KPIs to stakeholders and executives.
