Own and support enterprise system integrations across APIs, files, databases, middleware, and data pipelines. Lead data mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, troubleshooting, production readiness, cutover, and ongoing support. Lead integrated marketing and digital banking programs to acquire, retain, and grow deposit and loan relationships. Oversee demand generation, brand strategy, KPIs, market research, and marketing technology. Manage a marketing team and third-party vendors, partner cross-functionally, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead branch market growth through outbound business development, client acquisition/retention, and sales strategy. Manage CRM, cross-sell bank products, ensure operational compliance, supervise/staff branch teams, and perform MLO duties requiring NMLS registration.

Source, originate, structure, and close commercial loans for small-to-mid sized businesses. Manage client portfolios, perform credit analysis and risk management, develop business relationships, cross-sell treasury and other bank products, and represent the bank in the community while ensuring compliance with lending policies.
