Own and support enterprise system integrations across APIs, files, databases, middleware, and data pipelines. Lead data mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, troubleshooting, production readiness, cutover, and ongoing support. Serve as the technical lead for an AML platform replacement, coordinating internal teams, compliance stakeholders, technology groups, and external partners. Use SQL and scripting to trace data, identify defects, validate transformations, and automate controls while maintaining integration documentation and resolving technical workstream risks.

Underwrites and evaluates commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loan requests. Prepares financial analyses, cash flow models, collateral evaluations, credit reviews, loan presentations, and risk recommendations. Monitors loan portfolios and working capital draws, ensures compliance with bank policies, maintains Board reports, supports client meetings, and completes special projects. The role requires knowledge of finance, accounting, commercial lending, credit analysis, and applicable banking regulations.

Lead integrated marketing and digital banking programs to acquire, retain, and grow deposit and loan relationships. Oversee demand generation, brand strategy, KPIs, market research, and marketing technology. Manage a marketing team and third-party vendors, partner cross-functionally, and ensure regulatory compliance.
