Teams at Residences at Vantage Point

Assists with planning and coordinating recreational, cultural, religious, entertainment, and social activities for senior living residents. Supports calendars and newsletters, purchases activity supplies, distributes mail, escorts residents, and coordinates and trains volunteers. The role requires compassion, enthusiasm, and commitment to senior engagement.

Maintains a safe and secure senior living community through patrols, emergency response, fire alarm response, incident documentation, and resident support. Provides EMT and medical services as needed while maintaining a calm, professional presence. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, an active Illinois EMT license, basic computer proficiency, and successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Plans and leads wellness, recreational, educational, fitness, and social activities for independent-living residents. Coordinates daily programs and special events, prepares newsletters and activity calendars, promotes community engagement through social media, and collaborates with departments to create welcoming experiences for residents and families. Requires evening and weekend availability as needed.
