Manage regulatory-driven ecological restoration and heavy civil projects from planning through field implementation. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, equipment, scheduling, quality control, inspections, testing, documentation, and payment support. Ensure compliance with USACE or NAVFAC requirements, construction sequencing, environmental protection measures, and ecological restoration standards. Identify and resolve field quality issues while maintaining client relationships and project schedules.
