The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of a scalable SaaS product, collaborate across teams, mentor others, and ensure code quality and sustainability in software solutions.

Lead administration, governance, and security of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and hybrid identities. Manage lifecycle provisioning (including Workday integration), authentication (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, passwordless), RBAC/PIM, application integrations (SAML/OAuth/SCIM), and automation via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Partner with security and cloud teams to improve identity governance, monitor posture, support incident response, and operationalize enterprise identity at scale.

Lead project accounting activities including ASC 606 revenue recognition, project setup and billing in Oracle, prepare P&L, cost and variance analyses, invoices and journal entries, support audits, communicate with project managers/clients, assist Revenue Manager, and mentor other project accountants.

The Lead Java Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy cloud-based enterprise applications, focusing on performance, security, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires hands-on leadership in the software development lifecycle, code quality, and continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Lead design and implementation of complex no-code/low-code SaaS solutions for utilities and grid operators. Analyze customer needs, develop technical requirements, configure product features, implement business logic, UIs, and databases, and manage full software implementation lifecycles. Provide senior consulting, ongoing system support, and mentor junior analysts to improve team capabilities and deliver energy efficiency and clean energy management solutions.

Lead and implement technical systems solutions for energy efficiency; conduct analyses, manage software systems, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring best practices in project delivery.

Lead client-facing marketing programs for utility and energy transformation initiatives. Manage integrated campaigns (email, paid media, digital, events, web), project plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-team coordination. Serve as primary client contact, present results, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Support C&I energy efficiency projects (RCx, virtual Cx, building tune-ups, audits) through data analysis, savings calculations, M&V, field verification, report writing, stakeholder coordination, and software-enhancement feedback.

Lead design and delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial energy-efficiency programs. Develop implementation plans, budgets, and forecasts; manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; track and report deliverables; resolve client issues; and ensure programs meet goals, schedules, and budgets.

Lead data analysis efforts by building and maintaining dashboards, performing SQL queries and data quality checks, analyzing program data to inform recommendations, gathering user requirements, managing projects and UAT, training users, and providing technical support for reporting tools.

Identify and qualify utility-sector leads for DSM and DER initiatives, conduct outreach and meetings, support pre-sale/account planning, collaborate with sales/engineering to develop proposals, maintain CRM pipeline, attend industry events, and promote RI’s energy efficiency and clean energy solutions.
