Teams at Resource Innovations

Leads the development and scaling of Resource Innovations’ eCommerce, direct-to-consumer acquisition, and performance-marketing capabilities. Owns strategies spanning paid media, lifecycle marketing, digital merchandising, conversion optimization, customer journeys, testing, and analytics. Builds operating processes, playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, partnerships, and talent while connecting marketing performance to sales, enrollment, revenue, and energy-savings outcomes. Partners with account, corporate marketing, technology, analytics, creative, and program teams and provides executive-level performance guidance.

Support enterprise identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID, user lifecycle processes, Workday synchronization, authentication, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and access governance. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, Intune, Azure subscriptions, virtual machines, storage, networking, monitoring, and cloud governance. Participate in incident response, documentation, automation, compliance activities, and cloud modernization initiatives.

Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, identity, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, monitoring, security, and backup. Automate administrative tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, troubleshoot incidents, support hybrid environments, document operations, and collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, service desk, and business teams. The role also contributes to governance, service reliability, licensing, cost optimization, and on-call support.
