Support the Marketing Manager with social media content and calendars, moderate channels, create graphics/videos, run email/text campaigns, support events and promotions, generate organic leads and reviews, produce regular reporting, and drive digital marketing to boost lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement across Restore Illinois locations.

Greet and assist clients with wellness services, manage bookings and phone communications, onboard new clients via medical waivers and POS, conduct tours, sell packages and memberships, educate clients on services and precautions, perform opening/closing procedures, and maintain a safe, engaging store environment aligned with brand values.

Support multi-site HR operations across six Illinois studios by managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, and in-studio support. Partner with hiring managers, deliver training programs, maintain compliance, and represent the studio to clients while traveling between locations to sustain staffing and culture.
