Lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades, support planned outages and troubleshooting, manage multiple electrical projects, act as SME and guardian of electrical design standards, develop/approve diagrams and calculations, support commissioning and commissioning troubleshooting, and provide technical guidance across the network with ~20% travel.

Lead and manage the Electrical Design Engineering team for 30+ facilities, deliver HV/MV/LV electrical designs for capital projects and operations, develop standards, lead FEED/FEL, manage external engineering partners, mentor SMEs, and drive reliability, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead end-to-end M&A integration governance and value realization using a tollgate model. Drive pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, synergy tracking, cross-functional execution, change management, and build repeatable integration capability to deliver business outcomes.
