Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail/finishing equipment; handle confidential legal documents; perform scanning, OCR, FTP transfers, filing, binding, shipping/receiving, inventory, basic copier maintenance, and customer support for legal staff under tight deadlines.

Manage meeting and event spaces, coordinate food and beverage and Tier 1 AV setups, stock and maintain office kitchens and pantry, support copy/scan/mail/records tasks, and ensure high-quality client-facing hospitality and office services.

Lead operational delivery and financial performance for assigned enterprise customers across North America. Own service delivery, SLAs, customer relationships, onboarding, process improvement, and team leadership to ensure contractual compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.
