Lead and support M&A transaction workstreams including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses. Prepare client deliverables, conduct financial and accounting research, participate in executive interviews, coach junior staff, and apply GAAP knowledge to transaction, tax, integration, and distressed scenarios. Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and maintain client relationships; travel as required.

Serve as interim Head of Tax or Tax Director across client engagements, advising on ASC 740, federal/state/local tax compliance, M&A and transaction tax, tax controls, and tax technology. Lead tax operations, oversee compliance workflows, manage external preparers and provisions, drive tax operating model redesign and technology implementations, support tax due diligence and post‑close integration, and act as primary tax advisor to executive leadership during transitions.

Lead delivery of indirect tax (sales & use) advisory engagements for multi-state and multinational clients. Manage teams, perform state tax research and nexus/taxability analyses, draft technical memoranda, assist with sales tax software implementations and accounting, support audit defense and controversy, and oversee engagement setup, staffing, and billing while ensuring timely, high-quality client service.

The role involves analyzing complex datasets for private equity transactions, providing insights for due diligence and performance, using various analytics tools and programming languages, and ensuring strategic decisions are informed.

The Solution Architect will lead OneStream software projects, ensuring effective execution, business development, and quality assurance while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end M&A integration, separation, carve-out, and transformation engagements. Advise executives, manage cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, supply chain, and commercial functions from pre-close planning through post-close value realization. Oversee synergy identification and capture, Day 1 readiness, TSA planning, operating model design, process and technology optimization, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The Salesforce Developer will implement and optimize Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ and Billing, ensuring accurate quoting and compliance with revenue standards.

Lead Riveron's national M&A Tax practice, advising private equity and corporate clients on transaction tax, due diligence, tax structuring (domestic and cross-border), integration planning, and deal-related advisory. Oversee and mentor MD-level professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, originate business, and represent the firm as a thought leader.
