Partners with firm leaders and employees to deliver strategic HR programs across a global workforce. Advises on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, investigations, compensation, compliance, organizational change, and retention. Uses people data and business metrics to guide decisions, maintains HR transactions in Workday, supports audits and policy development, and improves scalable HR processes. Coaches leaders and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning and Development, and other HR functions.

Lead FP&A consulting engagements, delivering performance reporting, KPI dashboards, budgeting and forecasting processes, planning technology implementations, long-range financial models, interim FP&A leadership, cash flow models, ROI analysis, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and decision support. Develop client relationships, communicate insights from data, execute project plans, and travel as needed to meet client requirements.

Performs IT risk advisory engagements, including IT General Controls assessments, SOX compliance testing, cybersecurity risk assessments, control design and operating effectiveness testing, remediation roadmaps, and data analysis. Develops process flows and risk-control matrices, coordinates project deliverables, supervises junior staff, communicates with clients and executives, and recommends improvements for operational and financial deficiencies.
