Lead forecasting and margin analysis for a logistics business, build dynamic financial models, deliver executive-ready reporting, partner with operations on cost forecasts, and improve FP&A infrastructure to support strategic decision-making.

Move empty and loaded trailers around docks and yard using a spotter, perform inspections and minor repairs, drop and hook trailers, conduct weekly PM checks, communicate with drivers and carriers, and follow safety procedures.

Oversee wave planning and order distribution for outbound operations, coordinate pickers, QC, shipping and inventory teams, monitor workflow and labor allocation, input orders into Synapse, troubleshoot system issues, generate shift reports, and support cross-functional outbound tasks during assigned night shifts.

Provide administrative HR support to the HR Director across benefits, payroll, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, records maintenance, temporary staffing coordination, and payroll/benefits issue resolution. Conduct background checks, new-hire orientation, data entry, and prepare reports. Act as backup to the HR Director and participate in special HR projects.

Supervise evening warehouse/co-pack shift: assign work, ensure shipment accuracy to customer specs, manage timesheets/overtime, train staff on requirements and safety (OSHA/AIB), oversee data entry and paperwork, report equipment/building issues, and handle disciplinary actions.

Operate spotter equipment to move loaded and empty trailers between docks and yard, perform inspections and basic maintenance, communicate with drivers and carriers, conduct yard checks and PMs, and follow safety procedures.

Serve as customer advocate handling service inquiries, monitoring orders, resolving issues, preparing reports/QBRs, coordinating with operations and sales, and training peers to improve customer support.

Lead corporate FP&A activities including consolidated forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cash forecasting, treasury support, commercial profitability analysis, and presentations for executives and PE sponsors.

Lead and mentor account managers, manage onboarding and escalations, develop customer relationships and programs, identify process improvements, support upsell and long-term customer service projects in logistics.

Design, build, and maintain the company data warehouse and ETL processes. Partner with business teams to define data solutions and visualizations, support reporting (SSRS, Crystal Reports) and BI (Power BI/Tableau), troubleshoot issues, and provide occasional after-hours support.

Serve as internal point of contact to log and resolve operational issues, perform root cause analysis, track KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve SOPs, support account management as an internal SME, manage priority requests, and perform administrative and data-entry tasks to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Process full-cycle payroll using ADP WFN, maintain payroll records, resolve payroll issues, and provide backup to the Director of Total Rewards. Assist with garnishments, terminations, tax codes, audits, ADP security levels and Performance & Review/other ADP modules; support multi-state payroll compliance.

Manage daily inbound warehouse operations including scheduling, unloading, verification of incoming shipments, paperwork/data entry, staff supervision, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and coordinating shift transitions to meet customer specifications and SQF standards.

Provide administrative support for Cross Dock Operations: check in drivers, print and ensure proper shipping paperwork and signatures, coordinate dock doors, close loads in system, enter orders, scan/index documents, coordinate with Customer Service on special paperwork, update reports, recommend process improvements, and perform other clerical tasks as assigned.

Maintain and troubleshoot integrations (EDI, APIs, file transfers), validate data, collaborate with developers and partners, document mappings and SOPs, support deployments, and drive process improvements to ensure reliable system-to-system data exchange.

Plan and coordinate unloading and loading at a cross-dock, manage shipping paperwork, enter and scan orders, close loads in system, coordinate with drivers and customer service, update reports, and provide shipping support in a warehouse environment.

Lead warehouse dock operations including receiving, unloading, staging, picking, packaging, and shipping. Supervise material handlers, ensure safe forklift and lift operation, use WMS/RF scanners, maintain housekeeping, verify orders, support cross-docking, and follow QMS and Lean warehousing practices.
