Design, build, and maintain the company data warehouse and ETL processes. Partner with business teams to define data solutions and visualizations, support reporting (SSRS, Crystal Reports) and BI (Power BI/Tableau), troubleshoot issues, and provide occasional after-hours support.

Coordinates rush and expedited orders from request through fulfillment, determining appropriate logistics paths and communicating with clients and internal teams. Uses warehouse and transportation management systems, supports customer account management, resolves time-sensitive shipment issues, and serves as an internal logistics subject matter expert. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, data interpretation, multitasking, and attention to detail in a hybrid office environment.

Coordinates warehouse freight coverage, carrier relationships, trailer pools, routing guides, rate confirmations, and shipment tracking. Ensures timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining OTIF and margin targets. Escalates carrier, warehouse, and customer service issues; supports the Logistics Planning Manager and may cover the manager’s duties. The role also requires reporting, scheduling, communication, problem-solving, and spreadsheet and business software skills.

Coordinates internal resolution of complex customer and operational issues, maintains issue logs and KPI tracking, performs root cause analysis, troubleshoots workflow problems, researches issues across departments, improves SOPs, and supports account management with timely customer-focused resolutions.

Perform shipping-clerk duties in a warehouse: check in drivers, prepare and verify shipping paperwork, coordinate dock and drivers, close loads in system, enter orders, scan/index documents, communicate with customer service and operations, update reports, and support overall shipping operations.

Supervises second-shift warehouse and co-pack operations, assigns staff, monitors shipment accuracy and customer requirements, oversees data entry and paperwork, manages timesheets and overtime, and supports employee training and performance actions. Ensures OSHA and AIB compliance, investigates incidents, completes facility and equipment checks, coordinates corrective actions, communicates with customers, and maintains operational quality, safety, and efficiency.

Leads daily HR operations, including hourly recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits administration, temporary staffing management, attendance tracking, employee issue resolution, OSHA logs, workers’ compensation, FMLA, and HR reporting. Supports investigations, policy enforcement, employee communications, and HR staff. Requires discretion with confidential information and provides backup support to HR leadership.

Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, test, and refer candidates for clerical, technical, warehouse, and administrative roles. Develop recruitment strategies, place ads, coordinate offers, background checks, drug testing, and maintain hiring manager relationships. Produce weekly activity reports and ensure compliance with employment laws.
