Manage end-to-end integration projects by aligning teams, tracking timelines, engaging external technology partners, handling scope changes, identifying and mitigating risks, and improving project processes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Serve as primary client/vendor contact and translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Schedule and enter inbound customer orders, manage billing and documentation, maintain customer communications, train inbound associates, update operational reports, assist dispatch, and provide administrative support for outbound operations to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Oversee wave planning and outbound order distribution to ensure timely shipping. Assign work to pickers, monitor QC, track pending orders, adjust labor, input orders into Synapse, generate shift reports, and coordinate cross-functional warehouse tasks.
