Provides front-line guidance to employees and managers on People policies, employment matters, and standard processes. Partners with People Operations to maintain accurate employee records and timely employment changes, supports onboarding and offboarding, and assists with low- to moderate-complexity employee relations matters. Identifies process improvements, translates policies into practical guidance, and helps strengthen the employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Deliver remote software administration support, client training, system health checks, knowledge-sharing content, and project-based consulting for healthcare clients. The role focuses on improving client satisfaction, software utilization, customer outcomes, and engagement with RLDatix products. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal instructional design teams, supporting change management, managing multiple projects, and helping clients maximize the value of RLDatix’s healthcare operations platform.

Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities. Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent, succession, organizational design, engagement, and change management. Lead and coach People team members through complex employee relations matters, use people data to inform decisions, and identify AI, automation, and process improvements that support scalable operations and organizational effectiveness.
