Leads corporate FP&A and serves as a principal strategic finance deputy to senior leadership. Owns enterprise strategy modeling, five-year planning, forecasting, capital allocation, performance reporting, scenario analysis, investor and board materials, and value-creation initiatives. Provides global leadership across a 25-person FP&A organization, partners with executive and functional leaders, supports M&A, and drives finance transformation, automation, analytics, and AI adoption. The role manages a four-person corporate FP&A team and is based in Chicago with two days per week onsite.

Own the end-user proposition, experience, positioning, and commercial strategy for RLD Intelligence. Translate unified data platform capabilities into intelligence products, benchmarking tools, AI-enabled interventions, and conversational AI experiences for healthcare users. Define persona-based experiences, packaging, and value propositions while partnering with product, technical, and business leaders to identify market opportunities and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Develop and scale the Customer Success function by creating strategies, processes, and engagement models that improve customer adoption, retention, satisfaction, and account growth. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, analyze customer health and usage data, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product, and Operations, and mentor team members while establishing scalable best practices.
