Compounds and supervises non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications, ensuring quality, safety, documentation, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and timely fulfillment. Supports audits, inspections, technician training, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and daily productivity targets. Collaborates with the Pharmacist-in-Charge and cross-functional teams to maintain compliant and efficient pharmacy operations.

Lead Ro’s pharmacy automation strategy across fulfillment, compounding, warehouse, packaging, and distribution operations. Oversee automation technology selection, capital projects, vendor management, facility implementations, performance metrics, continuous improvement, SOPs, and regulatory compliance. Partner cross-functionally with pharmacy, operations, supply chain, technology, facilities, finance, quality, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver scalable, safe, efficient, and compliant automation solutions across multiple sites.

The Fulfillment Associate will package and ship orders, assist with inventory management, and maintain a clean workspace in a fast-paced environment.
