Manage daily fuel supply and logistics for retail and wholesale customers, including inventory reconciliation, delivery scheduling, supplier and carrier coordination, cost and pricing analysis, ERP/PDI data accuracy, and executive reporting. Support nightly supply sourcing rotation, prepare analytics and presentations, and assist with special projects to ensure efficient, cost-effective fuel operations.

Reconcile and analyze daily store operational activity, resolve variances with operations, support month-end closing and variance reconciliations, recommend process improvements, and assist with department tasks and automation.

Support General Counsel by managing company licensing (gaming, business, liquor/tobacco, health), corporate books and entity filings, regulatory compliance monitoring and reporting, assist with litigation and information requests, and perform special projects and other legal department administrative duties.

Prepare site, building, equipment and sign layout drawings for new and renovated travel centers using AutoCAD LT and Adobe tools. Perform field measurements, develop equipment lists, prepare bid packages and graphic layouts, manage digital files, coordinate with multiple departments and agencies, and support project procurement and executive review.
