Own client relationships and trip delivery for sports and tournament accounts, providing white-glove travel services across air, housing, and ground transportation. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams; review itineraries, resolve issues, manage deadlines, recommend hotel options, and maintain service accuracy. Develop trusted relationships with coaches and administrators, generate referrals, support revenue growth, and help expand the sports client base. The role is fully remote but may involve long hours, weekend work, and on-call support during peak periods.
