Owns multi-channel campaigns, paid digital advertising, analytics, website management, employer branding, and storytelling. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams while building and managing a high-performing marketing organization. The role emphasizes measurable acquisition, engagement, retention, AI-enabled productivity, and consistent brand positioning across customers, drivers, employees, and candidates.

Drive digital product execution across mobile, web, and internal applications. Gather and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to prioritize features, manage releases, test functionality, support adoption, and improve operational processes and user experience. Facilitate alignment across Operations, Technology, Customer Experience, and leadership while contributing to digital modernization and measurable business outcomes.

Creates and executes multi-channel marketing content across digital, print, social, video, events, website, and internal communications. Manages CMS updates, social scheduling, landing pages, campaign coordination, marketing calendars, vendors, budgets, and project systems. Build and maintain mathematical optimization models for network planning, capacity allocation, routing, and freight operations. Develop production AI applications for process automation, document extraction, and decision support. Establish evaluation, validation, monitoring, and regression-testing frameworks for optimization and AI systems. Identify new business opportunities, prototype solutions, quantify impact, and scale successful initiatives. Partner with operations, pricing, sales, finance, engineering, and leadership to communicate trade-offs and deliver reliable analytical systems.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and SSAS tabular models. Develop complex T-SQL queries and Power BI reports. Ensure data quality, optimize performance, and support migration of legacy systems into Microsoft BI environments while collaborating with stakeholders.

Perform pricing analysis and execution: build and maintain pricing models, analyze customer and market data, support bids, identify trends and data issues, propose pricing solutions, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve pricing tools and processes.

Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable workflows, resolve invoice and PO discrepancies, perform vendor reconciliations, support month-end close and audits, and drive process and system improvements to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely payments.

Administer and optimize on-premises and Azure SQL environments, ensure availability and integrity, lead cloud data platform modernization, manage CI/CD and deployments, provide 24x7 incident support, and drive performance tuning and data governance.

Provide administrative and operational support for inbound/outbound freight: coordinate drivers and manifests, maintain accurate freight documentation, communicate with customers, resolve OS&D exceptions, and support terminal operations and leadership with records and process continuity.

Lead and scale a strategic sales channel for an LTL logistics company, building high-performance sales teams, aligning commercial strategy with operations, driving growth through CRM and Power BI analytics, and executing aggressive performance and travel-heavy sales plans.

Sell and retain national LTL accounts by prospecting, pricing, and building relationships across account hierarchies.
