Move trailers, freight, and equipment across yards, docks, staging areas, and storage locations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, yard tractors, hoists, and related equipment while following safety and hazardous-material procedures. Verify freight, secure loads, maintain organized work areas, coordinate with dock supervisors, and support efficient inbound and outbound operations. The role requires physical lifting, clear communication, sound judgment, and reliable execution in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Leads Roadrunner’s integrated marketing, brand, driver recruitment and engagement, internal communications, customer outreach, talent acquisition marketing, content, and corporate communications. Owns multi-channel campaigns, paid digital advertising, analytics, website management, employer branding, and storytelling. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams while building and managing a high-performing marketing organization. The role emphasizes measurable acquisition, engagement, retention, AI-enabled productivity, and consistent brand positioning across customers, drivers, employees, and candidates.

Drive digital product execution across mobile, web, and internal applications. Gather and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to prioritize features, manage releases, test functionality, support adoption, and improve operational processes and user experience. Facilitate alignment across Operations, Technology, Customer Experience, and leadership while contributing to digital modernization and measurable business outcomes.
