The Associate Foreclosure Attorney will represent clients in foreclosure proceedings, conduct legal research, draft documents, and ensure compliance with legal standards. The role requires organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of work.

Manage and resolve title claims for New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Review issues, notify clients via client systems, file or monitor claims, and coordinate with underwriters and title counsel until resolution. Maintain FW and client systems with current status updates.

Manage high-volume foreclosure litigation matters, provide client contact, develop resolution strategies, ensure compliance with firm policies, and maintain high-quality legal work-product in creditors' rights and related litigation.
